About Camden

Camden is changing on the inside to make life better for everyone. Our residents and communities are at the heart of everything we do. We’re home to the most important conversations happening today and we’re making radical social change a reality, so that nobody gets left behind.  Here’s where you can help decide a better future for us all. Our Housing and Property services are fundamental to Camden's vision—providing safe, sustainable homes and supporting social equality across our borough.

How You’ll Be Involved

As the Housing Policy and Change Lead, you'll play a crucial role in delivering Camden’s biggest housing transformation to date. Working closely with our Housing, Property, and Strategy teams, you will shape innovative policies, collaborate on service design, and champion resident-centered improvements. This role requires flexibility, as you'll lead and drive key projects that enhance the way Camden serves its residents and communities. You will be part of a team that is reimagining housing to be more responsive, data-informed, and digitally equipped—ensuring that all Camden residents have a place they can call home.

All About You

We’re looking for an experienced change leader with a strong background in delivering housing policy and projects or in related fields, who can drive ambitious projects to completion. Your analytical skills will help you tackle complex issues and create meaningful, lasting change. Strong communication skills are essential, as you’ll work with colleagues across Camden, including senior managers, to influence the future of our housing services. You’re someone who thrives on making an impact, understands the big picture, and is passionate about creating a fairer Camden.
