At Camden, we’re reshaping how we work to improve life for everyone. Our borough isn’t just a hub for the UK’s fastest-growing economy, and it’s also a centre for some of the most significant social discussions happening today. We’re committed to driving radical change so no one is left behind- and this is where you come in.

We are looking for an Associate IT User Provisioning Officer to join our dedicated IT User Provisioning Team, which forms part of our IT Service Centre.

What You’ll Be Doing / How You’ll Be Involved

As an Associate IT User Provisioning Officer, you will assist in managing the lifecycle of user accounts and IT devices, troubleshooting any issues and providing face-to-face support at our IT Hub.

Your responsibilities will include supporting the setup, maintenance, and deactivation of accounts and devices, while ensuring security protocols are followed for access rights and resource protection. You will help issue equipment to new starters, recover IT assets from leavers, and maintain accurate asset records throughout the process. Additionally, you will support the IT team in managing the disposal of IT devices, ensuring they are handled responsibly and securely.

A key part of your role will involve reading, maintaining, and regularly reviewing documentation to ensure you can perform your duties effectively. You will use JIRA Confluence to update and ensure documentation is accurate and relevant.

Your main base will be 5 Pancras Square, Kings Cross, with an expectation to work from the office at least four days per week. While most work is within standard office hours, occasional out-of-hours work may be required, for which time off in lieu will be provided.

You’ll benefit from a fantastic working environment and a positive, inclusive culture.
