Reporting on performance, collaborating across departments, and maintaining compliance with policies and procedures will be key responsibilities. You will also prioritize the safety and well-being of all residents, particularly the most vulnerable, building effective relationships with stakeholders to uphold Camden's reputation. Ensuring adherence to financial regulations and health and safety policies will be essential in maintaining a safe and efficient operational environment.
