Experienced EYFS Teaching Assistant 1:1 Required
Grade: Scale 3 points 5 to 6
Salary: £27,030 – £27,438 p.a. (full-time). Actual salary pro-rata £19,370 - £19,663 p.a. (Dependant on experience)
Hours: 30 hours per week – term time only (39 weeks to include INSET days) – 8.45am – 3.15pm with a 30 minute break
Contract: Fixed Term until August 2025
Required: November 2024
We are looking to appoint an experienced EYFS Learning Support 1:1 Assistant to work both in our Early Years Nursery and Reception Classes.
This role will involve providing care and support to children aged 0-5 years of age, within a childcare and education setting.
The successful candidate must have experience working with young children and be willing to work Term Time hours.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a nursery, school or similar environment
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent)
- Excellent safeguarding knowledge and understanding of safety procedures
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with children and staff quickly
