Our dynamic Early Education and Childcare Service is looking for an exceptional individual to help ensure our providers deliver sufficient, high-quality, flexible, and accessible early education and childcare for all families.
About the Role
Join our dynamic Early Education and Childcare Service as an Advisory Team Leader and make a lasting impact on children’s lives across the borough. We are seeking an innovative, driven individual to spearhead our newly formed advisory team, ensuring that every child has access to the highest standard of education and care from birth through to the end of nursery.
As our Advisory Team Leader, you will be at the forefront of creating positive change, guiding a team of dedicated professionals to provide tailored support to early education and childcare providers. You will share your expertise and passion to help the sector deliver flexible, accessible, and high-quality childcare. From driving evidence-based practices to nurturing strong partnerships, your role will be instrumental in shaping a thriving early education landscape.
What We are Looking For
- A collaborative leader with proven experience in the early education and childcare arena
- A leader with extensive, recent experience and expertise as a team leader or manager in the early education and childcare sector, demonstrating a strong passion for early years development.
- An exceptional team leader who fosters growth, collaboration, and innovation across services
Your role will involve not just leading but also inspiring the sector and colleagues—ensuring that we continue to meet and exceed the standards outlined in the statutory and regulatory guidance’s and standards. Together, we will create nurturing environments where children are confident, curious learners, ready for their futures.
