We are seeking HR and OD professionals who are committed to delivering the best service to our directorates, building on the foundations of the improvement works across the council, our transformation plan focuses on us being the most efficient and cost effective council in London.  Are you up for the challenge of transforming how HR and OD delivers and being a critical part of the change journey.

This is a new role within the Council that will develop, oversee, and manage the implementation of a Pay and Reward Strategy, including developing new approaches to pay and reward supporting the People Culture Transformation Strategy.

If you have previous experience of working within the pay and reward arena undertaking job design, job evaluation in a large organisation and has experience of providing strategic advice and guidance on pay frameworks to implement our people strategies, we would love to hear from you.
