We are seeking HR and OD professionals who are committed to delivering the best service to our directorates, building on the foundations of the improvement works across the council, our transformation plan focuses on us being the most efficient and cost effective council in London.  Are you up for the challenge of transforming how HR and OD delivers and being a critical part of the change journey.

You will be responsible for the planning, design and delivery of a range of leadership and management staff training programmes as identified by the Council to drive organisational transformation.  This role will be required to explore the Council needs and analyse collected insights to inform the design of interventions and deliver regular facilitation on Leadership Development programmes as well as supporting shorter development sessions as required.

You will work in partnership with HR Business Partners to develop and commission the necessary workforce development, and learning and organisational development interventions and initiatives, ensuring maximum impact from those interventions and best value for money

You should have skills in facilitation and training delivery as well as knowledge of how to develop strategies and approaches to support business requirements.  If this sounds like you, we look forward to your application.
