About the role:
An exciting and challenging role to work on projects to improve our housing estates and make the areas where our residents live better. We are looking for passionate, dynamic and innovative individuals who will deliver successful improvements for our residents.
This is a key role in improving the places where our residents live. Through working closely with colleagues this role will support the Council to transform and improve the environment through planning, managing and delivering transformation for the benefit of customers. The role will also ensure the voice of residents is heard and opportunities offered for active involvement. The role will manage projects that deliver on time and within budget, whilst ensuring and enabling expected outcomes and benefits to the Council and its' residents.

Key Responsibilities:
- To design, deliver, and manage physical transformation projects with a continuous focus on outcomes for residents.
- To Identify gaps in current services to produce better outcomes for tenants and leaseholders working with the relevant Council services and stakeholders to identify and overcome barriers to delivery through project management.
- To research, analyse and interpret complex information to generate ideas and formulate / source solutions for the Place Team
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Educated to degree standard or equivalent
- Relevant professional qualification - Chartered Institute of Housing preferred
