About the Role
We are looking for a suitably experienced, enthusiastic and detail-oriented Monitoring Officer. The successful candidate will have at least two years’ experience of administrative systems and processes within the area of apprenticeships as well as of working towards and exceeding targets. They will be responsible for the oversight, tracking and monitoring of a caseload of specified employers and apprenticeship learners from sectors serviced by the College. They will also ensure effective recruitment, enrolment of apprentices, and meeting learner and College targets for successful and timely completion of apprenticeship programme. Therefore, excellent interpersonal, communication and IT skills, with the ability to inspire both learners and employers are essential.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate commitment to and enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service and problem solving for students, employers and key stakeholder. They will also need to have knowledge and understanding of new Apprenticeship delivery models and related funding and compliance.
