Working on a Bank holiday and weekend rota is a requirement of this role.

Following a departmental review, an exciting opportunity has become available to join our high- performing-team who manage parks and open spaces in Enfield.
Are you an experienced supervisor? Do you have the passion to lead a team to succeed?  This exciting opportunity requires a motivated individual who can contribute to the delivery of innovative ground’s services. You will need to be able to communicate to a range of groups, as well as lead a front-line team.

You will be:

- An experienced supervisor in grounds maintenance or equivalent land-based sector / industry.
- Able to issue and monitor work schedules and forecast future works.
- Understand and able to use machinery safely and competently
- Able to adapt to different requests and priorities and remain calm and decisive during times of pressure.
- Competent in line management supervision and direction to a team of front-line team members, ensuring consistency and high standards in service provision.

You will need to hold a clean car driving licence.
