Salary range: £73,041 - £85,257 p.a. inc. London weighting

The Post
The Corporate PMO Lead is a key role for the successful delivery of our Strategic Change programme. Reporting to the Strategic Change Director, you will provide senior leadership to define, mobilise, oversee and coordinate multiple workstreams to deliver the Council’s change agenda.
You will manage a programme consisting of multiple workstreams with delivery across council departments. You will be responsible for ensuring these are designed and delivered as a cohesive and integrated programme of work that supports and drives the Council’s aspirations and delivers agreed outcomes to time, cost and quality standards.
The Person
You will have significant expertise and experience of managing a Programme Management Office and operating at a senior level to deliver change in a local authority or other complex organisation. You will have understanding and experience of programme and project management methodologies and be able to ensure delivery across multiple workstreams, which will impact all parts of the Council. The ability to work flexibly and collaboratively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders will be key to ensuring this ambitious programme delivers effective outcomes.
