We are seeking an exceptional individual with a passion for supporting vulnerable individuals to lead fulfilling lives. The ideal candidate will possess the skills and experience necessary to manage and support our various day services, including a Dementia Service, a service for individuals with profound and multiple learning disabilities, a positive behaviour service, and an active support service. These services operate on a co-production model, empowering individuals with learning disabilities and older adults to make choices about their activities and lifestyles.
Our day services are highly valued by our residents, necessitating the recruitment of an experienced Day Opportunities Operations Manager. This individual should possess exceptional day-to-day management capabilities and demonstrate a proven track record in implementing effective systems and governance across the service. Furthermore, the successful candidate should be committed to achieving national accreditation standards while ensuring that our residents remain our valued partners and the focal point of our decision-making processes and service delivery.
We seek a seasoned professional with a minimum of three years of experience in managing care services and a Level 5 certification in social care and/or management.
