The Post

As Digital Learning Lead at Brent you will be responsible for enhancing the quality and consistency of the Council’s digital learning environment.

You’ll lead on projects and initiatives that support staff to improve their digital skills and capabilities through technology-enhanced learning.

You will also work co-operatively across the HR & OD Team and provide expert guidance on the design, development, and implementation of online materials and resources.

We encourage flexible working, meaning you will have the option to work two days a week from home

The Person

You will be a HR professional who is CIPD qualified to Level 5 or working towards completion. You should have an up-to-date knowledge of e-learning and development best practice, with experience applying this in a large complex organisation.

It’s essential for success in this role that you’re able to manage stakeholders, with experience of creating online learning experiences and effective project management.

You’ll also be able to communicate and influence people effectively and be able to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
