At Brent, we have an established specialist service to assist families and pregnant people facing homelessness. This is a fact paced and dynamic service. The successful candidate will have the ability to assess circumstances and needs of households, identify suitable housing options and work with partners to resolve their homelessness.
 
The post

This is a front-line role where you will be expected to work from our office in Wembley depending on the rota. You will also be able to work from home on some days in the week.

Knowledge and experience of working in the homelessness sector is not essential as full training will be provided.  This is an exciting opportunity to begin a career in the sector.

The Person

You must have an understanding of homelessness legislation, and an ability to learn legislation quickly with training, coupled with a strong interest in homelessness and a desire to work with and help people.

A people focused person, you will be passionate about good customer service and take pride in delivering an excellent service. You need to be able to work proactively, be highly motivated, ambitious, and ready for a new challenge.
