About You

In this truly integrated role, we are looking for a skilled and experienced leader. To fulfil the role of Head of Market Quality & Sustainability, you will thrive on the opportunity to drive innovation, collaborate with our partners and deliver more for the Greenwich.

The right candidate will lead the development and implementation of our new commissioning approach for adults in and across the Council and the NHS, which enables strong partnerships and high-quality services that support Greenwich residents to lead healthy, fulfilling, and independent lives.

You'll lead strategically, with direct responsibility for the management of commissioning in the areas of Market shaping and sustainability, Joint Funding responsibilities and market quality. Also within this role is the responsibility for staff who undertake co production and inclusion work alongside residents and partners.

We offer hybrid working for this post, with a combination of a few days in the office and a few days of remote work.
