An exciting and far-reaching programme of change is underway, aimed at transforming the Adult Social Care and Health system in Newham. We are seeking dedicated and motivated professionals to ensure that this transformation delivers best in class services to our Newham residents.
 
The Transformation Manager role requires an individual with a strong background in Adult Social Care and Health, and a commitment to providing a service that aligns with the principles outlined in the "People at the Heart of Care: Adult Social Care Reform White Paper" and delivers the best outcomes for our residents. 
 
We are a team of forward-thinkers, continually seeking innovation and change to deliver in a way that promotes independence and keeps people healthy and well. We are in search of like-minded professionals to join our team. You must possess a deep understanding and commitment to programme and project management disciplines, along with a wealth of experience in delivering high-quality change initiatives. Your role will involve leading complex projects, including the  analysis of data and information to pinpoint the root causes of issues, working with a range of stakeholders and proposing creative solutions to complex problems.
 
As a Transformation Manager, you will report to the Transformation Lead and be an integral part of our leadership group. Working alongside your peers, you will help shape a positive culture and serve as a role model for the team and our broader stakeholder group. The ability to influence across organisational boundaries is crucial to achieving significant and sustainable change. Your responsibilities include driving change within your own portfolio of work and inspiring the broader team to achieve the intended benefits.
 
Effective communication is key, and you should be proficient in engaging with various audiences through different mediums. You should also excel under pressure while upholding the highest standards of professionalism, embodying the values of Newham in your work.
