Our motto is ‘aspiring to be the best we can be!’ which we try to live by every day. We want to ‘grow’ good people, who are inspired to make a difference to their lives and the lives of others. Our behaviour management philosophy is based on the ‘restorative’ approach. We provide our children with a creative and innovative curriculum that embeds basic solid skills. We take a personalised approach to the curriculum which promotes self-challenge and independence in learning, as well as inclusion for all, whilst developing key life skills so that our children can become confident, independent and understanding individuals, who are well prepared for life as global citizens. We want the very best for our children and are prepared to work hard to achieve this vision.

We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated, and experienced After School Club Supervisor to lead a team of adults and be responsible for the development and daily supervision of the After School Club providing a safe, caring and stimulating environment for children. The ideal applicant will have experience of working with children, some who may have additional needs, have bags of creativity for stimulating and engaging children and have a real passion for making a difference to the lives of children through their work.

The role:

  • Managing staff within the setting.
  • Leading on engaging play and activities for children.
  • Ensuring food is ordered and children are supervised eating.
  • Safe protocols are in place to receive pupils and hand them over to parents at the end of club.

We can offer you the opportunity to develop within a supportive staff team, as well as a forward thinking environment in which to work.
