What You’ll Be Doing / How You’ll Be Involved

We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Communications Manager to join our communications team, where you will play a leading role in some of our most exciting and high-profile communications priorities.

With a particular focus on internal communications – and reporting to the Internal Communications Manager – you will work closely with our Internal Communications Officer to help manage communications to the 4,500+ staff who work in every corner of our large and complex organisation, delivering high quality written materials to be used across a range of channels/campaigns to support our vision to create a truly inclusive organisation where everyone feels safe, welcome and able to be themselves. As our ways of working continue to evolve, you will take ownership of developing our suite of internal communications channels – including our intranet, internal social media, video and events.

You will also work across some of our other priority communications projects as needed – building trusted relationships with senior leaders to plan, deliver and evaluate a diverse range of multi-channel, evidence-based campaigns. You will define priorities, set objectives, allocate work strands and negotiate resources for a number of time-limited projects.
