We are seeking enthusiastic and driven candidates who are passionate about technology and customer service with solid experience of Windows10/11, Microsoft 365 suite, including InTune, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive, Microsoft AOVPN, Exchange online and Entra ID, knowledge of SCCM would be beneficial. The Service Desk Analyst will provide first and second line technical support, resolving issues and work requests in a timely and efficient manner in line with service level agreements. You will establish productive working relationships with internal staff, clients, and suppliers to ensure the very best service is provided to all parties. Attention to detail and compliance with policies and procedures are essential.
This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused approach that ensures end-users are satisfied with the solutions provided and promotes the smooth operation of IT services within the organisation. Highly proficient in managing a wide range of end user requests. Be able to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues with ease. Skilled in utilising remote tools and working both on and offsite efficiently and to the highest standards.
The role will reside within the existing one source IT service, reporting directly to one of the Senior Service Desk Analysts.
