Provision Coordinator
Hours: 36 hours per week, 8am to 4pm (plus an additional flexible hour per week) Monday to Friday, 41 weeks per year.
Grade: APTC Scale 5, Spinal Point 12
Actual Salary: £27,416 p.a. (£30,033 p.a. FTE)

Corbets Tey School is a successful special school with supportive governors, staff and very special students.
In September 2016 the school opened a Post 16 provision Corbets Tey @ the Avelon on a site in Rainham. In 2018 a company called Routes 4 Life (R4L) was set up to provide functional education programmes for students with Learning Disabilities aged 19-25. Corbets Tey School provide management, staff, and curriculum for Routes4Life via a service level agreement. The postholder will be employed by Corbets Tey School.
In the near future the Routes 4 Life provision will be moving to a new independent site in Hornchurch. The successful applicant will support school leaders with this transition and in all aspects of administration of the provision. The post holder will develop positive relationships with students, staff, parents and carers, local authority, adult social care and community partners to broaden opportunities for our young people in Havering.
This is an exciting opportunity for a pro-active, organised, flexible, multi-skilled individual who can seamlessly manage a diverse range of tasks to ensure the smooth running of our Post 19 facility. The Provision Coordinator will be responsible for resolving day-to-day site, staffing, student and visitor issues. It will involve liaising with a variety of agencies to support the programmes and needs of our young people and we are looking for a candidate with outstanding interpersonal skills. This post will be based at The Walk, Hornchurch, however the Provision Coordinator will also be required to travel between sites as required.
A Provision Coordinator will be responsible for the organisation and co-ordination of all administration services covering the Post 19 provision.
