Join our dynamic team as the Leadership and Member Executive Officer, where you will play a pivotal role in the backbone of our organisation's administration. In this high-energy position, you'll deliver top-notch support to our Senior Executive Team, including Strategic Directors, Assistant Directors, Members and the CEO. This role is crucial in facilitating a matrix management approach among a diverse group of top executives. Your ability to swiftly navigate the ever-changing landscape of priorities will be crucial as you provide indispensable right-hand support to our Senior Executives.  
 
Key Responsibilities:  

Your day-to-day will involve organising schedules, managing commitments, and ensuring the smooth operation of meetings and inbox management. Beyond these tasks, you'll engage in project management, governance, decision-making, and case management, making decisions within defined parameters to maintain our organisation's positive image.  

We're looking for a candidate with a proven track record in good governance, the ability to forge strong relationships, and the finesse to win the confidence of various stakeholders while maintaining political neutrality.
