About Camden

Camden is changing on the inside to make life better for everyone. Our residents and communities are at the heart of everything we do. We’re home to the most important conversations happening today and we’re making radical social change a reality, so that nobody gets left behind.  Here’s where you can help decide a better future for us all.

How You’ll Be Involved

Are you ready to play a key role in Adult Social Care? As our ASC Enquiries Co-ordinator, you'll ensure we meet our statutory duties related to complaints, Members enquiries, subject access requests, and freedom of information requests. You'll also gather valuable feedback and insights via compliments internally, from partners, people drawing on care and support and their families to drive improvements across our services.

In this dynamic role, you'll:

  • Develop and monitor internal ASC policies and procedures.
  • Maintain dashboards and report to Senior Management.
  • Challenge service leads on performance issues.
  • Provide training and promote continuous improvement based on feedback.

We view enquiries as crucial feedback to enhance our services. Your role as ASC Enquiries Co-ordinator will help us learn from this feedback and continuously improve our services for residents.

All About You

With mediation experience, you will thrive to achieve early resolution of issues and have a solid grasp of social services legislation and local government challenges.

Confident in building relationships and managing projects, you're skilled at using case management systems to analyse performance data and provide training to drive service improvements.
