We need you to serve our residents in the way that suits them, including in our Residents’ Hub, on the phone and online. We are looking for people who are interested in working more flexible work patterns on seven hour shifts up until 7pm in the evening.

About the role
The Housing Options Service are looking to recruit a Housing Officer. This is an exciting role managing a portfolio of temporary accommodation tenancies where you will be responsible for supporting tenants to stay on top of their rent payments and assist them with a range of other tenancy enquiries, providing them will a full Housing Management service.
Enthusiasm and strong motivation to work within the Housing Management team, as well as a ‘can-do’ attitude are key. Having the right calibre of people with the right attitude is essential in providing homeless people with the services they require. If you have not worked in the sector but have transferable skills, we would love to hear from you, training will be provided for the successful candidate.
