What You’ll Be Doing
You will be a dynamic team dedicated to the fast-paced delivery of the Neighbourhoods and Vacant Spaces Programmes, aiming to achieve Camden’s Estates and Neighbourhoods Mission outcomes by 2030. You will project manage the transformation of undeveloped sites, working across multiple internal departments. Your responsibilities will include finding the right operators for these spaces and running engagement events with local communities to test potential uses and agree on operational details. Additionally, your work will influence the delivery of Camden’s Affordable Workplace Strategy and Meanwhile Use Strategy. Join us in creating sustainable, creative, and connected neighbourhoods, generating jobs, and upskilling opportunities for local residents.

All About You
We are looking for someone with substantial experience in regeneration, development, or a related field, who has a proven track record of delivering community and enterprise spaces that bring social value to local communities. Your strong project management skills, combined with excellent community engagement and communication abilities, will enable you to build support for new initiatives and work effectively across multi-disciplinary project teams.

Passionate about creating sustainable places, you’ll need to embrace innovation and actively seek out best practices. You will need to be commercially aware, adaptable, and solution-focused, with a solid understanding of constructing new community spaces, developing business cases, and securing funding.
