Exciting opportunities have arisen within the Modern Workplace team as we are currently seeking talented individuals to fill 12 Month contracts for ICT roles. We are looking for enthusiastic and driven candidates who are passionate about technology and have the skills and experience to excel in the following office based position
Position Overview:
As a Modern Workplace Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our clients’ modern workplace environments. Your expertise in Microsoft 365 technologies, including Entra, InTune, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive, will drive successful digital transformations.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy modern workplace solutions.
Configure and manage Microsoft 365 services, including, InTune for Mobile Device Management.
Optimise collaboration tools such as Microsoft 365 Entra and Teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Implement and maintain SharePoint sites and OneDrive for Business.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the modern workplace environment.
Stay informed about industry trends and recommend improvements to enhance productivity.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Modern Workplace Engineer or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite, including InTune, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
Familiarity with Azure Active Directory and security best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Highly proficient in managing a wide range of hardware, including laptops, mobile phones, printers, and other end-user devices. Able to troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware issues with ease.
Committed to providing exceptional customer service, with a customer-focused approach that ensures end-users are satisfied with the solutions provided.
Skilled in utilising remote tools and working both on and offsite, including lone working. Brings experience in this area, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
