Scale 5 Point 12-15, 36 hours, 52 weeks
Temporary contract to 31/03/2025 (with a possible extension)
Do you have inventive and practical means of developing play activities from everyday objects you would find in the home? Do you have a great love of play opportunities and can impart this enthusiasm onto our parents and children? Do you have the ability to engage children into a magical experience through storytelling and pretend play? We are looking for that special person with a fun and outgoing personality that will help support our children’s play and nurture their development to give them the best start in life.
Our Early Years Practitioners are excellent at showing our parents that quality playtime with their child can be a fun and enriching experience for all. They display high levels of compassion and support and are the front line of our Children’s Centre. They are reflective in their practice, able to use their initiative, confident in their own abilities and work well in a team. Are you the person we are searching for to complete our team?
Desirable qualities would include experience of working in a Children’s Centre, delivering sessions, working closely with external agencies, offering parental support and experience in delivering Baby Massage and Baby Yoga.
