The Council is seeking to recruit a PFI and Capital Client Support Officer (2-year fixed term contract) to undertake a range of responsibilities to support the delivery of the PFI contract expiry process and to support delivery of school capital projects and processes.

 

This is an excellent opportunity for a committed individual to join the team during an exciting period of transition for PFI schools. You will demonstrate evidence of driving continuous improvement to ensure all process and procedures are lean and the team are working as efficiently as possible by using the technology that has been made available.


Key responsibilities

1.     To provide responsive, professional and timely support to officers as directed, facilitating the effective conduct of the Council's core business.

 2.     To provide efficient and effective support to key Officers to enable robust management of the PFI contract and to work collaboratively and flexibly to ensure efficient operation of the team.

 3.     Build and maintain positive relationships with school leadership and other stakeholders.

 

The successful candidate must be resilient, solution focused, and passionate about delivering excellent outcomes to children and families. They must also have exceptional communication skills with the ability to build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
