Technical Support Administrator (TSA) – Starting Salary = £18,353 per annum
The Regeneration, Property and Planning Department are looking for a part time, Technical Support Administrators to work within our Planning and Building Control Team. This is a temporary position (until 31st March 2025) working within the Building Control section. The role is to provide a high quality technical administrative support service. You will need experience of working within the building control department. The post holder will be dealing with registering building control application, processing initial notice applications and dealing with customer enquiries. You will also be dealing with email and telephone enquiries. The post holder will be expected to use their own initiative to handle processes and to resolve problems based on experience and judgement. You will receive clear guidance but will perform your work tasks with minimal day to day supervision. You will also possess excellent communication, organisational, administration and IT skills. A knowledge of the APAS or other databases system would be an advantage.
