We're looking for three passionate contract officers to join our brand new Contracts & Strategy team to help us make it happen.
As our Contract Officer, you'll be at the forefront of this exciting transformation. You'll have the chance to:
- Ensure our contractors and suppliers are providing a consistently high-quality repairs service
- Monitor supplier performance and respectfully challenge where appropriate
- Maintain our high-quality standards and address issues that arise.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
- Analyse data to drive informed decisions and continuous improvement.

The Ideal Candidate

Pending confirmation of legislative changes, this role may require a qualification to demonstrate competence. If not already qualified, there may be an expectation to study towards a professional qualification.
Essential:
- Contract management experience
- Proven experience in partner relationship management; preferably in a repairs environment
- Ability to analyse data
Desirable:
- Understanding of contract regulations
