We're looking for three passionate contract officers to join our brand new Contracts & Strategy team to help us make it happen.
As our Contract Officer, you'll be at the forefront of this exciting transformation. You'll have the chance to:
  • Ensure our contractors and suppliers are providing a consistently high-quality repairs service
  • Monitor supplier performance and respectfully challenge where appropriate
  • Maintain our high-quality standards and address issues that arise.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Analyse data to drive informed decisions and continuous improvement.

The Ideal Candidate

Pending confirmation of legislative changes, this role may require a qualification to demonstrate competence. If not already qualified, there may be an expectation to study towards a professional qualification.
Essential:
  • Contract management experience
  • Proven experience in partner relationship management; preferably in a repairs environment
  • Ability to analyse data
Desirable:
  • Understanding of contract regulations
