The opportunity has arisen to join the busy Commercial Support Team ISO9001 accredited, part of the in-house Facilities Management services as a full time Events and Commercial Officer.

The post holder will provide support to the Commercial and Event Team, administering event and commercial contractors’ documentation to ensure H&S compliance and performance KPIs are achieved. They will assist the Event Coordinator in achieving an income target set for the department and assisting with the strategic planning and marketing of the event team. The role will focus on financial duties tracking spend across the department, balancing commercial income and event invoices against services or goods received, preparing, and processing commercial and event expenditure and reconciliation. The post holder will also need to provide support within the Procurement process for the department assisting in the preparation of documents according to the required governance for goods and services working to procedure to setup reputable suppliers and to monitor their performance.
