The role

You will be expected to work as part of a team to provide high quality customer care training programme within a multi channelled Contact Centre, taking ownership and accountability for training staff on diverse topics providing staff with the skills they need to provide an outstanding service.

You’ll be working closely with the Performance and Improvement Manager and Senior Operations Managers to identify and deliver training needs.

As part of our focus we are embarking on a digital and cultural transformation journey and are introducing a truly channel agnostic approach, allowing out citizens to engage with us in a way which meets their needs.

About You  

You will hold a Level 3 Award in Education and Training (RQF) – PTLLS.

You will demonstrate the ability to develop training sessions from the initial design through to the production of training materials, including the use of our online training environment to design e-learning where appropriate.

Most importantly, the right candidate will be confident in developing your subject knowledge and presenting to different audiences with different levels of skills and experience.

You will be confident in leading a digitally enabled workplace and able to access and navigate multiple systems. You will champion efficient digital working and have knowledge of Microsoft software packages and know how to communicate safely on line when using a variety of social media platforms.
