Neighbourhood Technical Enforcement Officer

Full Time – 12 month FTC

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual, who will contribute to the effective delivery of the street scene enforcement team on a 12-month basis with the view to turn into a permanent position. The hours for this role are 8am-4pm Monday to Friday.  You will join a team of existing Enforcement Officers your duties will focus on providing technical support to the team who are predominantly dealing with fly-tipping and inappropriate disposal of waste as well as abandoned vehicles and some highway offences. You will ensure the allocation of work, compliance with relevant legislation by providing advice and guidance and taking enforcement action. Excellent communication skills and IT skills are essential. Previous experience of enforcement is desired.
