How you'll do it
As a building manager, you'll collaborate closely with housing officer colleagues for specific locations to provide an excellent customer service and be accountable to residents. You'll be responsible for ensuring our buildings, communal spaces and estates cater to the needs of those who live there and to local communities. Your work will include ensuring our spaces are well-maintained, our buildings are safe and our service charges fair and transparent. Resident safety will be key, so you'll need to sort our repairs and deal with health and safety issues promptly.

Most importantly, you'll be someone who genuinely puts customers first, has a passion for our vision and mission, and makes our values visible every working day.
Pending confirmation of legislative changes, this role may require a qualification to demonstrate competence. If not already qualified, there may be an expectation that you study towards a professional qualification.
What's in it for you?
Once you join us, you'll find plenty of opportunities to grow within our organisation. You'll also have access to a wide range of learning opportunities to help you achieve and maximise your potential.
