Project Manager 
£49,083 - £52,116 per annum
12 months Fixed Term

There is an exciting opportunity to join Newham’s Children and Young People’s Services as a Project Manager leading on work SEND and Inclusion. You will be an established project manager who is ready to hit the ground running to set up new projects as well as deliver established more established projects. We are looking for a Project Manager who is able:
To lead projects and initiatives to transform and improve the operating model within the Children and Young People Directorate with a particular focus across SEND and Thriving Communities.
To drive change throughout the Service, encompassing workforce development principles and integration strategy underpinned by regional and local policy.
To ensure that the transformation and improvement agenda is delivered successfully using recognised and proportionate methodology, ensuring that there is consistency with the organisation.
To support key projects across the SEND improvement programme and Thriving Communities project.
To strategically support key inspections and oversee central co-ordination of the resulting action plans.
To complete ad-hoc duties and tasks allocated via line management as and when required.
