Operations Manager (Waste Collections)
Greener Ealing Ltd (GEL) provides high-quality Waste Collection, Street Cleansing, Grounds Maintenance and other environmental services for our customers, the London Borough of Ealing, its residents, and other service users.
Due to our continued success, a fantastic opportunity has now arisen in our Waste Collections department.
As an Operations Manager, your duties will include:
- Being responsible for all issues within the Waste Collections service area.
- Deliver Waste Collections Service in line with KPI’s and company expectations.
- Leading and directing operational staff to provide an efficient, effective and safe service.
To be successful, you must:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Hold a current full UK Driving license or equivalent.
- Have extensive experience of working in waste/environmental services industry.
- Experience of Managing budget, staffing levels and resources efficiently
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Please be aware that you may be required to work some unsociable hours including weekend working.

- £47,000 – £52,000 per annum
- 40 hours per week
