The role – Home Ownership Officer

 You'll support our Homeownership team in managing our portfolio of Homeowners which is made up of leaseholders and Shared owners, across our blocks and estates in London and surrounding areas. You will assist the department in increasing customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with our internal and external stakeholders.

What you’ll do 

You will 

  • be responsible for providing administrative support to the team as well as supporting with a number of Homeownership functions including Solicitors packs, Lease extensions, Section 20 consultations and processing of managing agent invoices.
  • have the opportunity to manage a small patch of Leasehold and Shared ownership schemes which will give you the platform to expand your knowledge and experience in leasehold management
  • Ensure financial processes, record keeping, and systems are accurately maintained

  • can demonstrate your experience as working as part of a team to achieve positive outcomes

  • is keen to expand your knowledge and skill set in Leasehold and Homeownership Management.
