Infrastructure Analyst

The ICT team is employing cutting-edge cloud and data centre technologies and is seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated Infrastructure Analyst to join our Infrastructure Team and provide a high level of operational support across all infrastructure services.

As an Infrastructure Analyst, you will be in responsible for triaging all Infrastructure incidents and service requests, as well as supporting a cloud and hyperconverged infrastructure and providing operational support for our Microsoft Office 365 and Azure tenancies, as well as our other local services, such as Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, and server operating systems.

Preferred Key skills and experience for the successful candidate are:

  • Worked as a third-line Infrastructure Analyst.
  • Supported a Microsoft O365 tenancy.
  • Previous experience maintaining a Microsoft Azure environment.
  • Previous experience installing and supporting server hardware.
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server, Exchange, SCCM, and Windows 10/11.
  • Understanding of Intune, Email security platforms, and Enterprise Antivirus.
  • Excellent customer service, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities.

You will be positive, practical, and professional; you will be self-motivated, but you will also like working openly, collaboratively, and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
