9 Months Fixed Term Contract / Secondment Opportunity (Maternity Cover)
Grade PO8, Salary £57,909 - £58,995 pa (Pro rata)
If you are looking to build your experience in delivering organisational development objectives and want to work in a role that makes a significant social impact, then this is the role for you!
This maternity cover post will be a great opportunity for you to lead and shape the design and delivery of some key strategic projects that we hope will be sector-leading. You will be required to take the projects through governance before delivering them and measuring the impact you've made.
You will also be our key business partner for the Hackney Department for Education and hold responsibility for their local learning budget. By joining the senior leadership team you will work closely with your peers to understand organisational needs, deliver bespoke interventions, facilitate key leadership meetings and working closely with the Director.
We are looking for someone who has an excellent understanding of OD practices, who can build effective relationships quickly whilst working creatively and collaboratively to deliver strategic objectives.
