Enfield Legal Services are recruiting a Legal Support Officer. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a friendly, committed and highly regarded in-house legal service working as part of the Support Team to deliver a quality administrative service to lawyers, as well as making a real contribution to the quality of life and sustainability of the borough.
Reporting to the Legal Practice Manager, the Legal Support Officer role is key to making sure the service operates at optimum efficiency level by taking responsibility for the business systems and support functions. You will be the administrator of our legal case management system, Iken, championing best use and compliance to data protection legislation and Lexcel standards. You will also operate our recruitment software Job Train, helping the legal teams manage recruitment and the new starters and leavers processes. The post holder must be adept at using IT, and comfortable to help others learn too. The role focus is on best use of IT and business systems to provide a streamlined support services driving efficiencies in ways of working for the legal teams. Candidates must have a strong ability to prioritise workload and be used to working to set deadlines. You will be part of a small support team, so
you’ll need to be a team player. We are always keen to improve how we do things so if you have an eye for seeing efficiencies in process and enjoy a challenge then this is the role for you.
