Salary: PO4, £46,053 to £48,063
Terms and Conditions: Part time (4 days per week), Fixed Term Until 31.03.25, open to a secondment opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of our developing Children and Family Hubs Partnership and Early Years service. The post holder will be passionate about making a difference for children, young people and families in Hackney.
You will have skills and experience in redesigning and commissioning services through working in partnership and collaboratively with a range of stakeholders including local residents. You will be a confident leader with the ability to develop a strong vision in partnership with other agencies and across the Council.
Excellent communication skills are pivotal to this role, as you will be required to work with a range of stakeholders using innovative techniques to deliver good outcomes. You will be financially literate and able to build business cases to deliver change and transformation.
This is a fast-paced project. We need someone who has all the necessary skills and attributes outlined in the job description and person specification who can hit the ground-running, ready to meet the government requirements associated with the National Family Hubs Programme and Early Years agenda.
