The Post

This role is an excellent first step into social housing development!

A key part of this role is being responsible for ensuring we have exceptional record keeping when it comes to developing new council homes.

Updating the Mayor of London’s system with key information and milestone, coordinating Board meetings, essential to our governance and capturing actions required are all essential parts of this role. 

This role is also responsible for ensuring payments are managed effectively and made on time where required. 

The Person

We’re looking for someone that has excellent standards when it comes to the work they produce, with good attention to detail, ability to build relationships with different departments to get issues resolved and an overall positive attitude. 

Must be competent at working with systems, minute taking and record keeping.
