12 Month Fixed Term Contract / Secondment Opportunity

This is a varied and dynamic role that provides administrative support to our planned maintenance and reactive repairs team. You will need to have excellent customer service skills, with a good telephone manner

You will be responsible for a wide variety of administrative duties including maintaining records and monitoring correspondence (including general, email, complaints and members enquiries) and will also assist with the analysis and distribution of performance information for managers.

Your excellent communication, organisational and administration skills are we are looking for. IT literate, you will be a good team player with a creative problem solving approach.
