About Us
Southwark Council is a dynamic and diverse organisation serving the vibrant community of Southwark, with nearly 5,000 employees dedicated to making a difference. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Adviser to join our team in the Schools Human Resources Service.
The Role
As a Human Resources Adviser, you will be an integral part of our Schools Human Resources. Your primary responsibility will be to provide a high-quality, proactive human resources advisory service to schools as part of a traded service. You will work under the direction of the Human Resources Business Partner, ensuring that advice and support provided is tailored to the unique needs of each school.
Key Responsibilities (please refer to the job description for more details)
- Offer expert guidance on a range of human resources matters, including organizational change, redundancy, disciplinary issues, and more.
- Conduct audits to evaluate school compliance with human resources legislation and procedures.
- Assist in marketing the service as the preferred supplier of high-quality HR solutions.
Additional Information
- This is a x3 Permanent, full-time position.
- Standard 36 hours, Monday – Friday.
