Early Years Learning Support Assistant  

Hours: 27.5 hours per week (term time) / 39 weeks per year (8.40 - 3.10 Monday to Friday) 

Salary: Grade 3 Point 5-9 (£24,804 - £26,472) £16,279 - £17,374 pro rata

Contract: Fixed term until 31/08/24

Start Date: ASAP

Hilldene is  a  large three form entry primary school with a 90 place nursery.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and forward thinking Learning Support Assistant who will work to support children’s learning.  

The successful applicant will be working with our Early Years team and needs to :
- be able to work independently and use their own initiative to organise activities and tasks;
- be able to manage groups or individuals from a class under the direction of the class teacher
- be a good team player with a willingness to demonstrate and share information and expertise with other.            

Experience of working in Early Years would be an advantage.
