As the London Borough of Havering’s CAD 0-5 Team we are committed to supporting children with additional needs from birth. We are focussed on supporting families and achieving positive outcomes together. We support children with complex needs and ensure that they are given the right tools to thrive. 

We are a close knit team of strong and experienced practitioners who are keen to share good practice and welcome new members to the team. 

You will have the experience to model the necessary strategies to help children succeed within their early education. 

You will be able to support settings with implementing good practice for children with special needs.

You will have had vast experience providing training and be confident delivering a range of communication strategies.
