Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
Hours: 30 hpw/38 weeks per year + HOLS (8.30am - 3.30pm)
Salary: Grade 4, points 10-15 £18,796 - £20,403 pro rata. (FTE £26,913 - £29,214 p.a.)
Contract: Permanent

Harold Wood Primary School are seeking a flexible and dedicated HLTA to join us ASAP. We are looking for candidates with the imagination, energy and commitment to make a positive difference to our school.
In this role you will:
. Lead the learning for classes or groups of children following teacher’s planning and resourcing
. Ensure pupil’s needs are catered for in lessons
. Provide detailed verbal and written feedback on lesson content, pupil responses to learning activities and pupil behaviour, to teachers and pupils
. Promote and support the inclusion of all pupils, including those with specific needs.
