We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, outstanding and innovative professional to perform the role of second in Design & Technology in our already successful and dynamic Design & Technology Faculty. The role will include assisting in the running of the faculty to raise standards of teaching and attainment. The successful applicant will be committed to achieving high standards of learning and teaching through the delivery of interesting and innovative lessons that will inspire our students.
The Design & Technology Faculty is a creative, forward thinking and supportive department committed to raising standards. Successful candidates will demonstrate a passion for the subject and the ability to engage students with a rigorous and inventive approach to the delivery of Design & Technology across both KS3 and KS4. You will be highly motivated and self-driven with the ability to work with other, high achieving professionals. Good classroom management skills, high expectations and a commitment to the best possible outcomes for all students are essential.
