We facilitate hospital discharge, lead on safeguarding, and support informal carers.

Who we are looking for.

We are seeking an experienced practitioner who can support our team as a Senior Social Worker. We are looking for someone who would enhance our reflective practice, could hold, or provide direction in complex cases, motivate the team, act as a Safeguarding Adult Manager (SAM) and would oversee Duty including hospital discharges. 

We would welcome applications from someone keen to start their management career or build on their current management and leadership skills.
