We have an excellent opportunity for an outstanding candidate with a passion for social housing to help lead our Neighbourhood Services Team.
Reporting to the Neighbourhood & Estate Services Manager and working alongside two Neighbourhood Team Leaders (General Needs and Supported Housing), you will lead a team of Neighbourhood Officers and Estate Services Contract Monitors to provide a high-quality customer focused housing management service to Hexagon’s customers. You will contribute to the development and implementation of estate service, policies, procedures and service improvements.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A proven background of working in housing management including managing general needs and leasehold tenures.
- Experience of managing estate services contracts and delivering within agreed budgets.
- Good IT and Numeracy skills.
- Knowledge of the legal framework and good practice in the management of rented and leasehold tenures.
- Ability to manage, develop and motivate staff.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A positive “can do” attitude and a commitment to a high standard of service delivery.
- Full driving licence and access to own transport (car/motorcycle) for work use.
