An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Coordinator to join Business Support, within the People Directorate. The full-time position will be directly supporting the Children Looked After Service at Station Road.
Requirements of the role:
This is a great career development opportunity that will put you in the centre of supporting our Outstanding Children’s Looked After service. For the position you will need to have good organisational, accurate literacy, numeracy, and administrative skills, with a proactive approach.
You will need to have the ability to analyse information, to solve general queries and assist the service in delivering quality services to social care teams, children and young people, and partner agencies.
You must be able to work to tight deadlines, whilst also providing support to colleagues and officers within the directorate to help achieve meeting the deadlines together.
You will need to understand our statutory obligations, the services we deliver, and the values of the Council.
This is a full time, fixed term post for 2 years.
